This is one of the most beautiful of the Lysmata shrimp. It is a deep red with white spots and white legs. It, like the skunk cleaner shrimp, also has some cleaner instincts, though they are weaker than the other shrimp. They are also more expensive and reclusive (preferring usually to hide in the back under live rock cover rather than on top of the rock), but I still think they are well worth the money. I have also found them to be just as hardy as the skunk cleaner.
